Elegrazia books out 2 - 3 months in advance. In order to reserve a slot, projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% payment will be due at the end of the project, before final design files are delivered.
After you sign a contract, reserve a start date, and pay your deposit invoice, you will be given a strategic questionnaire. This questionnaire is the bulk of your homework to get the project rolling.
Once your questionnaire is complete, we’ll schedule a call to kick off the project. To minimize your time commitment, our communication will be conducted via email whenever possible. All messages, and documentation are available in the Client Portal. This also helps Elegrazia track refinement requests. We can always jump on a call, as needed, throughout the project engagement.
